Day One

Mastering the Kettlebell Press

Make no mistake, this is not a typical Kettlebell Press workshop, with basic technical instruction and a few throwaway programs which boast modest results. It’s nothing short of a PhD in total Kettlebell Press Mastery, jam-packed full of never-before-seen or understood elite techniques which will create huge performance improvements very quickly in beginner and advanced lifters alike. You’ll also walk away with effective programming designed to keep you gaining as much as possible, as quickly as possible for over a DECADE! 

Despite not being ‘built to press’. Paul has become one of the strongest overhead pressers in the world pound-for-pound. Some of his overhead pressing feats include:

  • An almost 100% bodyweight One Arm Barbell Press 1RM (no leg drive).
  • Kettlebell Press 40 reps with 40 kg at 40 yrs old with 20 reps to spare (no leg drive).
  • Half Bodyweight Kettlebell Press 100 reps non-stop multi-hand switch (no leg drive).

Apart from his own pressing progress, Paul has helped hundreds of typical men and women achieve lifetime pressing PR’s by huge margins in record time. Including hundreds of beginners to +100% bodyweight two arm barbell presses, and dozens of people who’ve gone from an average/below average 1RM kettlebell press, to pressing the 48kg Beast KB or higher.

Day Two

Pillars of Power

Look better, perform better, and complete your physique by building a muscular and functional lower body. On Day 2 Paul presents the ‘Pillars Of Power’ workshop.  Again, a hybrid between classroom style lecture and hands on, one-on-one gym floor technical coaching. This will help you understand and master all that’s required to build the thickest, strongest and most functional lower body possible for both yourself and your clients.  Plus, you’ll also leave with multiple long term muscle building programs and an entire section dedicated to a cardio conditioning and fat loss program, which supports the hypertrophy programs, and also BUILDS muscle itself.

I’m really excited to deliver this brand new workshop. I’m known as ‘The Body Transformation Guy’ and the ‘Big Press Guy’. But, what a lot of people may have forgotten is I’ve coached dozens of wannabe powerlifters from a square one start to National, European and World titles, including a 1,000lbs squatter and +800lbs deadlifter.
